This is a visually striking and bizarre lemon chuhai reminiscent of a goldfish bowl. It does not use any sweetness, allowing for a mature flavor to unfold.
This uses 100% Ochan lemons produced in Hiroshima. The acidity of the lemon is just right, making it easy to drink with any meal, so it is recommended.
Using Kinmiya, we have maximally concentrated the deliciousness of honey-pickled lemons. It is a sweet lemon chuhai.
