Made using Delaware grapes from Osaka, it is produced through secondary fermentation in the bottle, just like champagne. Named with the concept of being 'champagne that goes well with takoyaki,' it is said to pair well with various Japanese dishes such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki. It features a refreshing aroma and a well-balanced flavor with a slightly dry taste.

This wine uses the Gewürztraminer variety, which is a major grape variety from the Alsace region. This wine is made from 100% Zenkoji Ryugan grapes grown in Nagano Prefecture. After being slowly fermented at low temperatures, it is aged in French oak barrels, creating the unique delicate aroma and refreshing acidity of Ryugan, resulting in a well-balanced flavor. It has a soft and crisp mouthfeel, designed to pair well with meals, especially Japanese cuisine that highlights the quality of the ingredients. Notes of lychee and a hint of oak can be detected.
Made using 100% Semillon grapes, known as a key ingredient for noble rot wine, this wine is blended after aging for about 12 months in a combination of new and old barrels. This barrel aging creates a smoky and complex aroma, along with a powerful and rich flavor that carries umami. In addition to the scent of ripe citrus and yellow apples, nuances of roasted notes, vanilla, and black olives can also be detected.
This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes grown in Iwate Prefecture. The 'Silver Series' is based on the concept of 'a flavor with a calm brilliance, like a subdued silver.' This Cabernet Franc features aromas reminiscent of red fruits, berries, black tea, and spices, with a balanced medium body and a pleasant acidity and tannin.
It features a deep color and concentration, with berry-like fruitiness and moderate tannins. The wine is made reflecting the unique terroir of the Hokujou Sand Dunes in Tottori Prefecture.
