Kentaro, the son of the master chef and fluent in English, personally serves our signature “HANA” set—18 carefully selected pieces of nigiri, each presented with stories about Edomae sushi culture.

We recommend for those who want a deep understanding of each fish served and/or enjoy conversation in English while having an authentic sushi omakase. The price of the sets is the same as above. Please select either Monday or Tuesday for your dining experience and Ken will welcome you all there.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or fragrance too much. Sushi is a very sensitive meal and slight odor can disturb other customers.
Except for limited editions, we basically have everything available in four-go bottles. Please enjoy the sake selected by the owner daily.
