Was ist Bar?: Bars offer a flexible setting for conversation, craftsmanship, and well-made drinks. Menus commonly feature classic and contemporary cocktails, pours of whiskey and other spirits, wine by the glass, and a range of draft or bottled beer. Behind the counter, bartenders work with techniques such as shaking, stirring, building, and muddling, paying attention to ice, dilution, and glassware to shape flavor and texture. Many places present seasonal infusions, fresh garnishes, or house syrups, while others highlight a focused list of signature drinks. Snacks or small plates may appear for simple pairings, from olives and nuts to charcuterie and hot bites. Seating often centers around a counter with barstools, sometimes complemented by tables, booths, or a standing area, each offering a slightly different pace. Lighting, music, and conversation set the mood, whether for a quiet nightcap, a social meetup, or a relaxed evening discovering new favorites.
Die Gratins sind klein, sodass man viele verschiedene Sorten probieren kann, und natürlich waren sie alle lecker. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit, während ich sie mit meiner Freundin geteilt habe.

Chef Yokoyama, who has been working there for 7 years, will be leaving at the end of February, so I went to see him for the last time!

When I went to the restaurant without a reservation, it was even more packed than usual!
Everyone came to see Chef Yokoyama!
It takes an hour before a table opens!
My stomach is at a 9.5, should I walk to consume as much as possible? Shall I run?

A marriage of champagne and soy sauce.
I've uploaded a revisit with this food log change.
When I went back to the original, it's gone. !!!!
I've asked the food log to send me the data.
Thank goodness!
If you wrote a revisit to the restaurant with the new system during the changed period
There is a possibility that it has disappeared, so I think it would be better to check it once.
Please let me re-update it.

We're here for the second half of this month, lol.
Visited after eating at the first one.
My friend really wanted to visit there, so I came with her!
It was a Friday, and the place was crowded.
For the first time, we sat at a table instead of at the counter.
The three of us toasted with today's champagne!
My friend who loves foie gras found a macaroon sandwich and ordered it immediately!
I had the omelette with truffle butter, which I had been eyeing for a while.
Lan King's eggs baked to fluffy perfection!
The truffle butter gives off a wonderful aroma!
The richness of the taste is unmistakable....
I also ordered the Octopus and Avocado Potato Salad with Yuzu Plum Jelly and Soy Sauce!
The presentation looks like something you would expect to find in a French restaurant!
The yuzu-ume jus sauce really packs a punch!
The texture of the octopus, the punch of the plum, and the creaminess of the avocado keep my mouth busy (lol).
It was refreshing and tasty!
Unfortunately, we had to leave because the last train was coming...
My friend regretted not eating the most exciting and troublesome TKG in Japan, a specialty of this place!
I should have said more.
And so we took a short run home.
Flute Flute Flute, please continue to surprise me...

After leaving Ting Tai-san, a few members went here
It's Flute Flute, a long-sought-after restaurant.
Many of my reviewers went, and even brought their daughters...
I was already left behind... lol
Go down the stairs to the basement.
When you open the door, you'll see a rather moody interior.
The voices and volume are subdued!
There is a counter and tables, and it's not that big!
You don't have to look at the menu anymore!
Why? Because I had already made up my mind before I came here!
Champagne of the day and my wish
The most annoying but exciting egg rice dish in Japan!
This is why I was so anxious to try it!
A second toast with champagne!
What was the champagne this day? Sorry...
I don't remember.
It was refreshing and easy to drink!
Now, an orange yolk egg appeared on top of the rice!
About 50 different kinds of soy sauce lined up on the counter are poured over the rice on small spoons!
How many kinds have you already poured?
I poured as much as I could!
Each soy sauce has its own interesting and deep flavor!
The one I liked the most was the Undan Soy Sauce!
It really tastes like a soy sauce mixed with unotan!
I wish we had a bottle of this at home!
And the most intense flavor was the Gozen Soy Sauce from Kamada Sokojo!
I'd like to introduce all of them, but it's too much of a hassle.
I was so busy eating that I didn't write them down.
This is the first time in my life that I have enjoyed soy sauce so much!
I learned that there are so many different flavors of soy sauce all over Japan!
It was a pain in the ass, but so much fun!
Next time - I want to try the omelette with truffle butter!
And some annoying ice cream for dessert...
I'm not going home, I'm going across the street to say hello...
We arrived home very late for the first time in a long time...
