That high-class restaurant is now a café. La Boutique de Joel Robuchon ♦︎Tokyo station 3-minute walk from Tokyo Station. Mr. Joel Robuchon is considered the best chef in the world. This is a patisserie and boulangerie store by Mr. Robuchon. It has been selected as one of the 100 best bread stores on the food log for three consecutive years, and is one of the most famous restaurants in the world. The Joel Robuchon sign, which is common to all businesses, is easily recognizable here as well. In winter, the atmosphere is very nice because of the illumination. There is terrace seating and a heating system, so it can be used even in winter. I am very happy with the consideration. Of course, you can also enjoy your meal inside the restaurant while watching the illumination. The interior is a mix of a café and a boulangerie, with cakes and breads ordered at the cash register in a self-service style. The menu I ordered ♦︎ Chocolat Vanille 648 yen ♦︎ Coffee Chocolat Vanille is a cake layered with crème brûlée made with vanilla from Tahiti and chocolate mousse. A winter-only product. The inside is divided into three layers, and the savory and crunchy texture of the nuts goes well with the chocolate cream. The chocolate cream is similar to gateau chocolat, smooth and sweet. Coffee is a must. Although supervised by Joel Robuchon, the atmosphere is not as stuffy as other restaurants in the same chain. It can be used as a café. The service is "quintessential" in places.
