The difference in fat leads to a difference in taste. Kuji Farm, located at the foot of Mount Orizume, spanning across Ninohe City, Karumai Town, and Kunohe Village in northern Iwate Prefecture, was established in 1950. By adding plant-based carbon materials sourced from geological layers dating back 2 to 3 million years to the feed, we cut down on the gamey smell and bitterness of the meat. Additionally, the Sasuke pigs, raised in a stress-free environment without relying on others, grow leisurely, resulting in a noticeable difference in taste. *Sasuke, a breed of three-breed pork. The name comes from the first generation, Kuji Sasuke. The current managing director is my father, Shuhei Kuji. And the third-generation current president, Takeshi Kuji, will deliver this to everyone.
