Spicy Red Soup (spiciness selectable) is an extremely spicy soup with a kick from Sichuan chili peppers and other spices, warming your body from the core with a moderate numbing sensation. Herbal Chicken White Soup is slowly simmered with medicinal herbs like ginger and jujube, using domestic chicken to create a collagen-rich chicken white soup. Tomato Soup is based on beef bone soup, enhanced with garlic and sweet and sour tomatoes, offering an excellent flavor. This is a Sichuan-style oil noodle dish with sweetness, spiciness, and a fragrant aroma. Underneath the thick, wavy noodles, which are similar to udon, lies a secret chili oil and a rich sweet and spicy sauce.
We recommend our homemade Sichuan wontons! The wontons are filled with meaty stuffing and plump shrimp, and the texture of the thin, slippery skin is very good.
