Washoku Oyamada

This is a rich, cloudy collagen soup-based water hot pot that has been slowly simmered with chicken and vegetables without sparing any time. First, enjoy the soup and the tender, melt-in-your-mouth chicken, then add the freshly poured soup and vegetables to change the flavor as you eat. *Additional toppings of chicken meatballs are also available. 400 yen per serving (available from two servings). Additional soup is 500 yen per cup. 1,900 yen (the hot pot is available from two servings).
