French cuisine full of local love @Tenmangu Shrine | Delicious food, happiness♪ December is the month for gatherings. This time, we were invited by a gourmet connoisseur to a dinner party! Shimanami Frenchi Murakami-san The place is a 7 or 8 minute walk south from Minamimorimachi station A short walk south from Osaka Temmangu Shrine. You can enjoy dishes using ingredients from owner-chef Murakami's hometown in abundance. I happened to see this restaurant on TV when it was on, and I've always wanted to go there, so this invitation came true! Inside the restaurant, there is a table for four on the right as soon as you enter. To the left, counter seats and table seats The setting Cutlery is lined up on the table, but the chef asks customers to use whatever they feel comfortable with, including knives, forks, and chopsticks. Japanese people are familiar with chopsticks, so it is nice to have them. And the napkins are made of Imabari towels! They are soft and comfortable to the touch! There is a lot of love in these places! The toast was Shimanami Sparkling! An original cocktail made by squeezing lemons from Iwaki Island in Ehime Prefecture and mixing them with cava over ice! The refreshing aroma of the lemon and the juice is delicious with the cava! Start of the course meal! Group Juice of Uozima Sea Bass Uoshima akou from Ehime, Japan, rolled in grapefruit sheet beautifully decorated with edible flowers and shallots. It's almost too good to touch! The combination of Ameera tomato sauce, Sun Ruby raspberry sauce and refreshing sauces will delight you! Setouchi hijiki focaccia and bucket The bucket is outsourced, but the focaccia is baked right here in the restaurant! The focaccia is so soft and chewy, and it tastes even better with olive oil on it! It was so delicious that I had to have another one! The beef is moist and easy to eat, and is naturally moist and delicious when you try it! The autumn truffle and red wine sauce was delicious with the meat! Non-alcoholic beer and apple dessert! My second lunch at my favorite French restaurant ♫ We previously had a New Year's party at the beginning of the year and this time it was for a friend's birthday celebration. The dishes made by the chef, who hails from Hakata Island, are beautiful to the eye and very tasty! Especially, the cold peach soup was a handsome dish. I would like to come back every month as the ingredients change and the seasons change.

Yesterday we went to Shimanami Friendship murakami for lunch. Taro crepe, chocolate yellowtail from Uwajima, radish, mustard, Iyo beef and lemon pork, bamboo charcoal American dock. ◉Iojima's stone bream, kochi, marinated greens, snap peas, mayonnaise and lobster broth. Saijo's Chinese cabbage soup with green onion oil and Chinese ink ◉Polet of sea bass from Uozima, sea bass broth, cream, grated radish, mustard, nameko mushrooms, three kinds of radish ◉Lemon pork shoulder, kumquat, jujube sprouts, rosemary, cabbage chips and madera sauce Chef Murakami is happy to make the portions larger even if I don't tell him. However, he knows that I post photos on SNS and food logs, so he adds the portions after taking photos of the dishes. I don't want people to get the wrong impression that this restaurant serves a lot of food (laughs).

The other day we had a Sunday lunch meeting at Shimanami Frenchi MURAKAMI. Sunday night is the day that Chef Suga of SUGALABO enters SUGALABOV in Osaka, so we invited Chef Suga to come as well. At the end of the lunch, my daughter was hugged by Chef Suga and looked so happy. I am sure she will be a good cook in the future. ❣️
