The space, where the floor and kitchen are integrated and Louis Vuitton furniture is incorporated, combines a sense of unity and luxury. The high ceilings and wine cellar are stocked with Grand Vin aged for nearly 30 years, creating an attractive space.

Started his career at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in 2003, honed his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. Played an active role as the opening staff of SUGALABO, sharing his culinary philosophy. He is committed to excellent ingredients and is constantly exploring new possibilities in cooking.

Trained under Mr. Robuchon for 10 years, he travels the country to discover food producers. He is known as a chef who brings out the best in his ingredients by incorporating his own ideas and humor into his cooking. His technique and creativity attract many people.
