Spring Sake is a type of sake sold from around February to May, limited to the spring season, primarily made from unfiltered sake brewed in winter. It is characterized by its freshness and lightness, with a subtle sweetness and refreshing acidity. The labels are often cherry blossom colored, and many are cloudy or sparkling types, crafted to be vibrant and easy to drink, matching the aroma of cherry blossoms and the scene of cherry blossom viewing.
A pure rice sake that has a cute color and aroma reminiscent of strawberries, with a sweet and sour taste. Brewed using red yeast for sake, it has an alcohol content of 10%, making it easy to drink. Its natural pink color derived from the yeast gives it a refreshing finish, evoking the arrival of spring and a new season.
Seizaburo Shimizu Shoten, located in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture. 'Zaku' is a proud product of the brewery, made only with locally harvested rice. This is a limited edition for restaurants! Gosen Sake CLASSICS Dry is a regular sake brewed by Tsujimoto in Okayama Prefecture, using the traditional 'Bodaimoto' and 'Omachi rice'. With a rice polishing ratio of 70% and a light body of 14 degrees, it features the umami and acidity derived from Bodaimoto, along with a clean aftertaste. It is gaining popularity as a 'Neo Regular Sake' that is perfect for pairing with food.
