Topped generously with chewy gyuhi and a homemade blend of kinako that has a moderate saltiness and roasted flavor, all on top of fluffy shaved ice. Inside the shaved ice, there are Hokkaido-grown azuki beans and black soybeans cooked in-house, accented with crunchy black sesame cookies. Served with matcha sauce and black syrup on the side, to your liking. This is a specialty of Vinefruit.
On top of a fluffy and rich cream cheese espuma made with Hokkaido cream cheese and sour cream, we generously sprinkled pure cocoa powder. Inside, we combined deep-roasted coffee sauce and cream cheese espuma with fragrant biscuits and sweet and sour strawberry confiture.

It features blue cheese espuma and black pepper. ☆ An organic red wine pairing set for an additional 650 yen is recommended.
This is a premium and top-quality shaved ice made with brandy. To bring out the luxurious aroma and flavor of Louis XIII, it is based on agave syrup and contains semi-dry prunes soaked in silver tequila, with Louis XIII served on the side. Enjoy the pairing of agave syrup and prunes while drizzling a spoonful of Louis XIII over it.
Topped with a blend of potato and two types of cheese espuma and a rich sauce, based on lightly sweetened pepper milk, featuring Hokkaido Parmesan cheese, black pepper, crispy grilled jowl bacon, parsley, and egg yolk. Inside, enjoy a mix of marinated fruit tomatoes, carbonara sauce, pepper milk, fried onions, and a side of blue cheese espuma for a delightful variation.

This is a signature pancake of Vineful, where you can enjoy variations in taste with Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans and black beans cooked in-house, along with rich black syrup.
Fluffy rice flour pancakes with a rich flavor and light texture cream cheese espuma, topped with fragrant biscuits and a generous amount of slightly bitter pure cocoa powder. Between the pancakes, there is a sweet and sour strawberry confiture and a coffee sauce made with Hokkaido pure fresh cream and deeply roasted beans. The separately provided additional coffee sauce allows for a change in rich bitterness and moderate sweetness.
