This is a special course that allows you to enjoy carefully selected ingredients in a sophisticated space. For the main course, you can choose from "Sukiyaki" using luxurious A5-rank sirloin from Yamagata Prefecture, or "Shabu-shabu" where you can taste not only sirloin but also "Kyoto Poku" and "Beef tongue". In addition, our signature dish, "Arita Beef Hatsu Carpaccio from Miyazaki Prefecture," is also included in the course, creating a blissful moment with the deep flavor of the ingredients. While the restaurant is flexible enough to accommodate even one person, it can also be reserved for important dinners and banquets. The menu is suitable for a special evening.
Yamagata beef sirloin 2 pieces, assorted vegetables, rice, pickles. Uses eggs donated to Ise Jingu. It is recommended to eat with meringue eggs!
1 piece of Yamagata beef sirloin, 3 pieces of Kyoto pork belly, 1 piece of beef tongue, assorted vegetables, rice, and pickles. The sauce comes in three varieties: ponzu, sesame sauce, and homemade salt sauce!
