Chateaubriand is the most premium cut of beef fillet, known for its thickness in the central part and excellent meat quality. It is extremely tender and finely textured, and only about 600g can be obtained from a single cow, making it a very rare 'ultimate lean meat' and 'phantom cut'.
The 'Sir' in Sirloin was recognized for its deliciousness by the King of England and was given a title that represents nobility. The meat quality is fine-grained, with a moderate amount of marbling, tender texture, rich flavor, and a melt-in-your-mouth taste. Truly the king of beef!
