We invited Mr. Yukei Doi, the 4th president of Sake-sho Doi Shoten, a famous sake store with its head office in Asahikawa City, to a special one-night-only event for 30 people in collaboration with kaiseki cuisine by Hideki Chiba, head chef of Premier Hotel TSUBAKI Sapporo's Japanese restaurant Hanashiro. The event will feature seasonal ingredients and seasonal sake, which we hope you will enjoy along with President Doi's profound talk on sake. Food stylist Okako Okazaki will be on hand to provide a sake-centered dining experience, allowing guests to enjoy the food, sake, and space to their heart's content. We plan to offer a total of 8 seasonal kaiseki dishes and 8 types of carefully selected sake. We hope you will be able to find "a dish and a drink that suits you" at this Japanese cuisine x sake event!
