We prepare fresh ingredients nurtured by Okutama, listening closely to the voice of the ingredients. Our specialties include fragrant sweetfish kamado rice and grilled sweetfish with a crispy skin. The set meals featuring plenty of wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as the mushroom hamburgers that lock in umami, are also popular. The interior is a folk house over 100 years old, relocated from Niigata. A wood stove is installed in the entrance hall, and the gentle warmth of the fire soothes the heart regardless of the season. Natural light streaming in, the scent of wood, and beams that mark the passage of time create a tranquil atmosphere wherever you are.
