A popular yakiniku restaurant in Hawaii landed this January. They have a course menu, but this time we went a la carte. LA Kalbi (2,000 yen, photo for two) This is basically a restaurant where you cook your own kalbi in a roaster on the tabletop, but this menu is served on a hot iron plate after cooking. The kalbi is seasoned with sweet and spicy seasoning from the start, so you can just gobble it up as is. By the way, sliced onions are placed under the meat on the griddle, so the onions are also delicious! Kuzu cold noodles (1,200 yen) After serving the noodles to the table, the waiter snips them with scissors. The beef bone soup is sorbet-like and this is really delicious. This is one of the best cold noodles in my life. Tongue salt (1,600 yen) This is the latest trendy cutting method. It is thin but crispy, and the more you chew it, the more flavorful it becomes. The price for this number of pieces is excellent, to say the least. Cut-offs (1,300 yen) We found kalbi, loin, and harami. Although it is a cut-off, each piece is large enough to be served individually, and the price is also excellent. The meat was so delicious that I looked it up and found out that the chef comes from Yakiniku Shimizu, which makes sense.

The mochi mochi mochi cold noodle is a hearty dish! Famous restaurant in Hawaii A famous restaurant in Hawaii has now opened in Roppongi, and I was finally able to visit! It is tucked away in a little alley off the street across from Roppongi Hills. On this day, we were seated at a table on the first floor. The second floor seems to have private rooms. I ordered the "Yuchan Dinner Set" (6,800 yen), which includes a variety of meats. First of all Assorted Kimchi Assorted homemade namul Choregi salad Kimchi and namul are delicious with many varieties! Plenty of salad! Tongue Salt The first meat was tongue. Beautifully sliced! Thinly sliced but juicy, you want to chew it all the time. The amount of salt is just right! The top harami! The sauce was so delicious. The sauce is a little bit sweet. It is tender but also has a firm meaty texture. To be honest, I could eat these two meats alone for the rest of my life. LOL! Today's two red meats The lineup of the day was Uchimomo and Kamenoko. Although they are lean, they have just the right amount of sashi and are delicious. The meat quality is definitely good. Two kinds of today's ribs Here are some very beautiful meats. Both the zabuton and tomosankaku have beautiful sashi. But they are not at all lean! I had come for the cold noodles, but I was surprised at how delicious the meat was as well! Liver (800 yen) We ordered this as an addition to the course. When I was asked, "Is it OK if I order the grilled dish last?" I noticed the presence of sesame oil and salt on the plate of sauce, which I had not yet touched, I noticed sesame oil and salt on the plate of sauce, which I had not yet touched. I thought that must be it, so I ordered it. LOL! Glossy and plump! It is as delicious as it looks, no doubt. Of course, I eat it just rolled on the net. LA Kalbi! After eating, here is what was brought to the table! A large piece of meat on the bone appeared, sizzling! This is one of their specialties, isn't it? The seasoning makes you want to eat rice. It is as large as a lunch set meal! Not only the meat, but also the onions underneath are sweet and delicious. Cold Noodles, Bibim Noodles You can choose from Kuzu Cold Noodle, Kuzu Bibim Noodle, Seokyaki Bibimbap, and Rice & Soup. I decided to go for the Kuzu Cold Noodle and Bibim Noodle, which I was already looking forward to! As a cold noodle lover, I was eager to try them. The noodles are long, so the waiter first cuts them with scissors. I was looking for this crunchy soup! The noodles are so firm and chewy. It is rare and delicious to eat it with hot pepper paste! The bibim noodles are covered with a sweet and spicy sauce, The bibim noodle is covered with a sweet and spicy sauce, and then poured into a special soup. This one has a stronger flavor and is also delicious. You will be addicted to it. The full-size dish is the last dish of the course! It is a very generous course. It is recommended to go with 3~4 people as it is very hearty.

Tokyo Roppongi Reservations are a must! Don't be afraid to wait in line! Hawaii's No.1 gourmet food. I had not been able to go to this popular restaurant for a long time due to timing conflicts, but on the recommendation of a friend, I decided to go a la carte instead of a course. A la carte Assorted Kimchi Sanchu set Specialty Yukke Several kinds of fresh Japanese beef directly from Shibaura Several kinds of brand beef that changes daily Secret Kuzu Cold Noodles that everyone loves! It's crispy and summery. Is the taste more ordinary than you imagine? We had various parts of meat. Next time, I will try it when I am more hungry. LOL!

The other night for dinner, we went to "Yakiniku Cold Noodle Yuchan" in Roppongi. in Roppongi. A famous yakiniku restaurant in Hawaii has finally made its way to Roppongi! It is a new restaurant that opened this year and has been talked about in the media👍. ▪️Tang👅 This tongue is the best! 😳😳 Thinly sliced, yet smooth and sensual in texture! ❤️ And most importantly, the seasoning by the punchy salt sauce is insanely delicious! 🙆🙆. Ugh, I want to revisit just for this tang 😭 ▪️ Top Kalbi Chose salt for seasoning! The fat of the meat is sweet and too fine ✨✨. This superb fat goes well with the black pepper seasoning 😘 Beautiful meat with beautiful sashi 🍖. ▪️ Top Harami This one is with sauce 💁. Brown sugar (?) like sweetness and depth of flavor🤔. The meat is tender and honestly, I quite like it! 😍😍 I will order this Halami again when I revisit! ▪️ offcuts Cut-offs of Kalbi, Momo and Harami-like portions! All of them are seasoned with a thick sauce and delicious👍! The price is also cheap and quite a good value 🙆🙆. ▪️Red meat of the day Today's shinsin! The richness of the redness is tremendous! 😳 This one also has black pepper and is as luxurious as a steak ✨✨! ▪️ Kuzu Cold Noodles Finally cold noodles to finish off the meal! 🍜. The black noodles are made with buckwheat flour ☝️ and have a slight aroma 🤔 and great elasticity! The interesting thing is that the thick soup taken from beef bones is made into a sorbet, and it is eaten while it is still kinky and cold! It was a very good frozen treat that blew away the summer heat! 🍧☀️ A stylish yakiniku restaurant 👓🍖, as only Roppongi can offer. But very inexpensive considering the location! 💰 And definitely delicious👍! Would definitely visit again ✨✨ The following is a list of the most common problems with the

This is the best place to eat delicious crunchy cold noodles @ Roppongi On a day when the temperature was higher than human body temperature, I went to Yuchan to cool off. The restaurant, which originated in the tropical island of Hawaii, offers a wide variety of dishes that will make you smile and beat the heat. The famous cold noodle soup is made of beef bones and vegetables, and the soup is cool like sherbet. The kuzu noodles are delicious. ❗️ LA Kalbi with bone goes well with the cold noodles. Overall, the portions are generous and reasonably priced. I would like to go back to this restaurant 😋. Too bad they don't do lunch 💦.

A popular restaurant from Hawaii has made its first appearance in Japan. Of course, the grilled meat is a must-try, and you must not miss the cold noodles for the finale.
