Kobayashi, the owner of kotoisa, has long nurtured the wine culture in Yamagata. Previously, he attracted many wine lovers at Enoteca in front of Yamagata Station, and after becoming independent, he opened his own restaurant. He values the interaction with local people and young staff, and provides hospitality with a warm smile.
