Yamagata Prefecture Juyondai 'Ryutsuki' Junmai Daiginjo super premium sake
Junmai Daiginjo aged at low temperature. Fukui Prefecture Kokuryu 'Ishidaya' Junmai Daiginjo sake is aged at low temperature to enhance its flavor and smoothness, resulting in a gentle aroma. The name 'Ishidaya' was given to it. 35% polished rice from Hyogo Prefecture, Tojo, Yamada Nishiki.
Not just the impact of the label, but the concentrated richness from sun-dried grapes, with a balanced flavor of soft tannins and lovely notes of red cherries and plums, lightly scented with cocoa.
