The restaurant is located on the basement floor of the Steel Building, just a short walk from Tokyo Station. The restaurant is all table seating, so you may have to share a table face-to-face when the restaurant is crowded. However, the restaurant is well protected against corona and all tables are covered with plastic sheets in the middle. The "chilled tanuki," a specialty of this restaurant, looks simple and is topped only with tenkasu and onion slices! The soba noodles are a slightly whitish nihachi type, and when you bite into them, you can feel their firmness and elasticity, which is satisfying because of their large volume. The soup is a little spicy, but it was a perfect match with the tenkasu and onion slices.
