I was a bit moved to be welcomed with soba broth at the beginning. The slightly thick and firm noodles become more flavorful the more you chew, allowing you to enjoy their rustic texture. You can choose between spicy daikon or regular for the grated daikon, which is nice because you can adjust it to your liking. The tempura includes a variety of ingredients such as shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, green beans, pumpkin, shishito peppers, eggplant, and sweet potatoes, all of which are delicious. The zaru (cold soba) is served with grated daikon, allowing for a change in flavor. The calm and clean interior of the restaurant, with the owner carefully managing everything by themselves, was also impressive.
