Carefully selected wagyu, mainly produced in Kyushu, is especially famous for its assortments that include rare cuts such as shinsin, kamenoko, zabuton, and sirloin. Thick-sliced salted beef tongue, premium harami, top-grade karubi, and upper mino each have an ideal thickness and grilling method, and every cut is provided with a label showing the cut name, which customers find easy to understand. In addition to enjoying them by alternating between a special sauce and wasabi, there are also horumon (offal) assortments and black pork shabu-shabu hot pot available.

The calm interior, which conveys the warmth of wood, offers 44 seats: eight 4-person tables and two 6-person tables. The spacing between seats is compact and gives off a lively atmosphere, attracting a wide range of domestic and international customers. It is convenient for anything from a casual drink after work to a ending to sightseeing, and private booking plans for up to 50 people are also available.

Moved from its predecessor that had gained support in the Hakata Station East area, the restaurant made a fresh start at its current location in front of Hakata Station on October 5, 2020.
