Established more than 20 years ago, this restaurant has the atmosphere of a hideout in a back alley in Akasaka. The owner-chef, Mr. Koshimizu, is in charge of all the dishes as well as drinks. He has created many exquisite specialties by using creative techniques to bring out the best of the ingredients. His specialties include smoked homemade cheese and omelette risotto, to name just a few. You can enjoy an elegant time in an original space.

It was good again this year. The main dish was an unusual sake shabu style, with Sendai beef, kuma-buta, kuromutsu, etc., served with smoked ponzu (Japanese sauce made from soy sauce and vinegar) and condiments. This style is not too fancy, but luxurious. This is a must for those who are good with alcohol and eat a lot.
