The banquet hall is conveniently located just a short walk from the station, making it easy to gather, and it fills you with excitement the moment you enter. When I grilled the thinly sliced tongue first, the aroma wafted up, instantly stimulating my appetite. Next, I quickly seared the shoulder roast and the beef belly, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture made it impossible to stop smiling. The juiciness of the short rib and the misuji was also outstanding, and I could enjoy it without getting tired of either salt or sauce. There was an abundance of vegetables, kimchi, and grated daikon prepared, and I was delighted that I could even make grilled rice balls. The style allows you to freely bring in drinks and seasonings, so I was able to fully enjoy the best meat time at my own pace with friends.
