I had a fruit sandwich and a mini parfait for lunch. It was filled with plenty of seasonal fruits. The fruit sandwich had just the right amount of whipped cream, not too sweet, perfectly calculated to enhance the flavor of the fruits without overpowering them, making it very delicious. This is the first time I've encountered such a delicious fruit sandwich. The service was also excellent, with everyone responding with smiles, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. On my way out, I bought some peaches, and the staff kindly asked, 'When will you be eating them?' They helped me choose the best timing to enjoy them deliciously. I was very satisfied with the meal, and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I had a wonderful time. Of course, the peaches they selected were also enjoyed by my family, and we were all impressed by their taste.

Since I had a reservation, I was able to enter smoothly. I had a strawberry parfait with three types of strawberries, and my friend had a strawberry waffle with the same three types. The strawberries were large and very delicious. It has become my favorite shop.

If you don't have a reservation, there tends to be quite a line, so it's recommended to make a reservation if you want to ensure you can get in. I guess the specialty stores must be very selective in their purchases! Recently, when I find a fruit store, I want to use it! On this particular day, I found a new fruit store! Fruit Salon Beniman Kobe Motomachi Honten! Located right next to Minato-Motomachi station on the Kobe Municipal Subway Kaigan Line! The stylish exterior of the restaurant is a result of its location in Kobe, of course! The inside of the restaurant is huge, with a lot of tables and chairs. Surprisingly, the atmosphere is normal. (I might have had high expectations because it's a fruit store in Kobe. The menu includes fruit juices, waffles, and parfaits! I ordered a peach parfait with drink for 1,800 yen. After all, peaches are in season, right? Right? I haven't been able to enjoy peaches much this year, so I had to order one! The size is just right! I think this is the best way to enjoy them until the end! The tuile on top! Crunchy with lots of butter! The peaches are juicy and firm! Not too sweet, but fresh! Underneath, vanilla ice cream and black tea jelly This jelly is highly aromatic and very delicious! It was an elegant parfait, all together! The price is reasonable for a parfait that includes a drink! It was delicious, but the atmosphere and service were not to my liking.... Thank you very much!
