Premium Day if you can get an appointment! Okada Foods Corporation, this is a butcher store Only one couple a day can enjoy barbeque up there! I heard from a friend that since it's a butcher store, you can get good meat at a reasonable price. I was hoping to go there someday. The reservation method is to make a reservation for the following month on the first day of every month. Anyway, I keep calling and calling... Only those who get through can make a reservation. This year, the third and fourth floors have been added, and there are now three groups per day. But still, the phone lines are always busy on the first day. We tried with a few people, but all we got was a phone call. On this day, I started calling at 8:30 a.m., but I couldn't do it all the time because I was working. Suddenly, I called before noon, and I didn't expect it to take! There was only one day open, so I took it before I heard about everyone's schedule. There were 5 of us, and 4 of us were the usual carnivorous girls. We were one person short! But those who wanted to go gathered right away, and the seven of us paid a visit! The place is a 7 or 8 minute walk southwest from Hankyu Hanakuma Station. The first floor is a butcher store. The venue for this event is on the second floor. There are two tables, and you are free to use the TV and the composter. Food is not allowed to be brought in, but drinks are allowed! I brought 2 bottles of bubbles, my friend brought sake, beer, etc. The fridge was fully stocked and there was ice! We reserved 3 sets of yakiniku and 2 sets of sukiyaki in advance! The yakiniku set requires half the number of people in your party to order. 3,000 yen per person (including tax) 400g of meat (Wagyu beef top lean meat Wagyu beef top belly meat Harami, liver, and intestines) Vegetables, kimchi, rice I ordered three sets of these, but they ran out surprisingly quickly! You can add more until 7pm, so we ordered salt tongue, ichibo, rump, fillet, etc.! Tare (sauce) is a commercial one, but it is always available! You can also bring your own condiments, so I brought some delicious sauce, chopped wasabi, truffle salt, oil, etc.! The meat is not rubbed, so you can really feel the flavor of the meat! So it's fun to be able to arrange the way you eat it! The meat is only from a butcher store, and it is still delicious! Especially the meat cut into thick slices is amazing! It's a little difficult to grill the meat, but the inside is rare, and it's extremely tasty! This is a must-have addition! I was so greedy that I made a reservation for sukiyaki as well. We made this by ourselves, too! The kind people made everything for us! Once you crack the egg and dip the meat into it, you're already in a happy mood! I finished off with udon noodles, and I was so full! The fun time passed in a flash, and we had to leave the restaurant at 9:00 p.m. It's great fun to be able to have a good time on our own! All this for about 4,000 yen per person! We ate so much...so cheap! It's hard to get a reservation for this! It's a little hard to call, but I'd challenge myself to use it again! Not only yakiniku, but shabu-shabu and sukiyaki are also available here! Sake, sugar and soy sauce were prepared, but I was told that you can bring your own sukiyaki sauce, so I brought my own! Today's meats: This time, instead of asking for specific parts of the meat, I asked for three types of meat: meat with a certain amount of sinew, meat with a good amount of sinew and lean meat, and lean meat.
