The fresh seafood is abundant, and you can feel the scent of the sea with every bite. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, and the anago (conger eel) was particularly fluffy and impressive. The sashimi is rich in fat, and each piece has a beautiful transparency. Even the fried vegetables are carefully prepared, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. You can adjust the amount of rice, so you can enjoy just the right level of fullness until the end. It seems that it is quite popular and can sell out quickly, so I think going a little earlier than opening time will allow you to savor it more leisurely.
