The restaurant is located underground, where you can enjoy a calm dining experience. They offer a variety of Japanese set meals, making it fun to choose. The mackerel simmered in miso has had the bones carefully removed, and the balance of flavors is very good. The sashimi is also satisfying, with the seared sea bream being particularly excellent. The grated yam has a nice stickiness and pairs perfectly with the sashimi and white rice. The rice, miso soup, and side dishes are all made with care, and I finished my meal feeling very satisfied.
