Shinbashi Hisashi has no signboard, and the name of the restaurant is written only on a post at the entrance. It is a small restaurant with only 12 seats at the counter, but that is why the owner is so attentive. The menu consists of the usual five dishes, with the option of adding an a la carte dish. The specialty is "fries," and the size of the batter changes depending on the ingredients. One of the pleasures of the restaurant is being able to watch the fries being prepared in front of the counter.

Hah it was delicious! My first Hana Sansho this year😊😊 The fries that come after are the best 😋😋😋😋.
