This restaurant was introduced in a post by Foreign Deb, whom I look up to as my mentor. I visited this restaurant because it is a member of the Musashiya family, a favorite of mine since I had eaten at "Menya Kuro" in Meguro. Special ramen + more nori (800 yen + 50 yen) In contrast to the thick, rich soup at Menya Kuro, the soup here is creamy and elegant! Even if you order it with more flavor, you can still feel the richness of the soup. The noodles are medium-thick and straight, and the hard-boiled noodles are excellent ＼(^o^)／. And speaking of the Musashiya family, free refills of rice are available. Nori soaked in a lot of soup and rolled vigorously and crunchy, really tasty. Rolling the cucumber pickles on the table together with the soup gives it a nice texture and makes it even better! Of course, I finished my meal with more rice. It is also easily accessible from Shimbashi station, so it is good to finish the meal in Ginza or Shimbashi area, but I would like to revisit this restaurant with an empty stomach.
