Carefully selected by the owner! There are many types of Japanese sake that you can only drink here. All of our sake is junmai sake. Junmai sake is made only from rice, koji, and water. It is a passionate drink crafted by sake brewers from all over Japan, utilizing both traditional brewing techniques and modern innovations. Among them, we offer a selection of unique junmai sake from trusted and distinctive brewers.

For starters, draft beer. Our draft beer is Sapporo Ebisu Draft Beer, a well-known brand for restaurants that focus on food. The glass is a handmade, thin-walled titanium bottle tumbler from Tsubame-Sanjo in Niigata Prefecture, crafted by world-renowned Japanese artisans. It features a double structure that maintains the perfect beer temperature, a stable cylindrical shape that traps carbonation, and a pleasant thin mouthfeel. Being made of titanium, it is tasteless and odorless. Although it is an expensive glass, we have enough quantity for all customers to order. *All-you-can-drink is also available here. Because it is 'for starters, draft beer,' we hope that customers will be pleased from the very beginning.
