This is a calm space with only a counter where you can enjoy freshly fried tonkatsu piece by piece. Since it is fried slowly at a low temperature, the coating is a light color and crispy, while the inside is slightly pink and juicy. The brand pork delivered from various regions is rich in flavor, and it pairs perfectly with salt, wasabi, and yellow chive soy sauce. The sides, such as koji natto, salad, and hijiki simmered dish, are also carefully prepared, and the aroma of fermentation whets the appetite. The style of serving each person at the same time allowed for a relaxed enjoyment while conversing with friends. I was moved by the careful work that conveyed the owner's passion, and after the meal, I was filled with a happy sense of satisfaction.
