Starting with appetizers such as 3 kinds of selected Kuroge Wagyu Beef Sashimi, Wagyu beef tongue, which is rarely distributed in Japan, and special red meat steaks, Yakishabu (grilled rare beef parts) served with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice), and Aburi-zushi (grilled sushi with selected Wagyu beef), Yaki-Sukiyaki with Truffle Nigiri and Egg Sauce, Yaki-Sukiyaki with Sauce of Selected Rare Beef Tare (rare part) grilled with sauce, beef chazuke (rice with beef tea), desserts, etc.
This is a special course available for 2 persons or more. Our chef carefully selects only the highest quality A5-rank (BMS11,12) Japanese black cattle for our meat, which is then wet-aged and controlled. Private rooms are available at our affiliate restaurant, Ginsho House (complete private room, non-smoking seating), Ginsho Course ¥13,000 (course includes the same three major cuts of beef). Please forgive us if the restaurant is fully booked. (Limited to one group per day on weekdays) This set includes 3 kinds of tongue, 2 kinds of grilled rare parts, grilled shabu-shabu with homemade ponzu, yakisuki with truffle nigiri and egg yolk, tare-yaki, etc. This set is highly recommended for those who want to enjoy meat.
