In a calm atmosphere, you can deeply appreciate the goodness of Japanese cuisine. The focus is on fugu and soft-shelled turtle, and they also handle natural eel, kindly accommodating consultations on preparation and cooking methods. The steamed snow crab is perfectly coated with sauce, and the inner roe is creamy and has a delightful taste. The thickly sliced fugu sashimi has a well-aged flavor, complemented by a refreshing ponzu sauce made with fish liver. The fried dishes are full of elasticity, making you involuntarily devour them. The natural soft-shelled turtle porridge at the end is rich in emperor parts, and the space surrounded by dried fins and beautiful dishes is also pleasant, making it worth making a reservation to visit.
