Located in the underground floor near Yurakucho Station, it is easy to stop by as you can quickly place an order at the counter. The medicinal soup has a fragrance of jujube and goji berries, with a gentle umami and a pleasant balance of spiciness. The flat spring noodles are wide and chewy, pairing excellently with the crispy yuba rolls and the juiciness of the clams. You can choose the spiciness level from 0 to 5, and freely combine toppings like tomatoes and pickled vegetables, making it fun to create a bowl to your liking. The fluffy bao we had after the meal was slightly sweet and gently wrapped the spicy aftertaste. The staff was efficient, and the service of food and drinks was smooth, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable experience until the end.
