Upon entering a hidden gem located on the first floor of an apartment, you are greeted with a warm atmosphere. The first dish served, a platter of charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken, is fragrant, and the smoke rising from the hot iron plate whets the appetite. A little yuzu pepper enhances the umami, making the beer go down easily. The Kenken bonito is surprisingly refreshing with no unpleasant odor, and it was among the best I've ever had. Whether it's the chicken nanban, fried chicken wings, or the thick fried horse mackerel, each dish is meticulously prepared, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The seasonal recommendations are also plentiful, making it a cozy place where families can enjoy a leisurely meal.
