The best Japanese kappo restaurant in Japan is like this @ Akasaka Matsukawa-san. I couldn't stop being excited from the day before 😆. The abalone and sea urchin were a great way to start off the meal, followed by a variety of elegant dishes using the best seasonal ingredients, such as sweetfish from Katsuragawa River in Kyoto, matsutake mushrooms from Iwate Prefecture, suppon from Lake Hamana, and hairy crabs from Kubu Bay. The seasoning and broth are so perfect that there are no gaps. It is overwhelmingly superior to the rest. The bowl of chilled barley kneaded with bamboo leaves was made of ice. It feels cool. These visual effects are also wonderful. ☺️ The rice served with salmon roe, tofuriko, and oyako for shime was so delicious that I ate up all of it when I kept ordering more 😅 If I am allowed, I would like to visit this famous restaurant in every season.

Finally, my favorite Matsukawa-don 😍🍚🍁. Feel free to add plenty of chirimen sansho (Japanese pepper paste), raw salmon roe, salmon roe in soy sauce, and nori (seaweed) 🙆‍♀️ And Matsukawa-san in the fall also has Matsutake mushroom rice 💓 I almost cried because it was so good I wanted a second helping 😢. But they didn't allow me to have another bowl of matsutake rice, so I had 3 bowls of matsutake rice instead ✌️🍚 I don't usually like salmon roe, but Matsukawa's was not salty or fishy at all, it was on another level 🌏! Dessert was roasted chestnuts made with chestnuts from Rihei 🌰! The most consistent and tastiest in all genres is Matsukawa's 💓. I'm glad I can go 6 times next year 😆💓 🌟2019.09 menu🌟 -Matsutake mushrooms from Iwate🍄. Char-grilled lobster 🦐, mukago (lobster miso, ponzu) Steamed crab with rice 🦀 Chrysanthemum flowers 🌼 Beluga caviar from Kazakhstan Awaji pike conger eel and Awaji sea bream 🐟 (salt/vinegared/plum/soy sauce) Bowl of matsutake mushrooms and Hokkaido Eruption Bay hairy crab cake 🍄🍁🦀. Roebe with squid 🦑🦑🦑🦑. Boso black abalone, seared bachiko and liver sauce Ayu fish with sweetfish (🐟) and vinegar flavored with water pepper. Grated Kaga lotus root and deep-fried lotus seeds Omi beef fillet 🐃 shredded ginkgo and matsutake mushrooms Grilled figs Shabu-shabu with hamo and matsutake mushrooms 🍲🍄. soba noodles (okra and quail egg) Matsutake mushroom rice Matsukawa rice bowl 🍚💎✨ Rihei's roasted chestnuts 🌰, green tea 🍵.

I still feel the same way, but this is the best Japanese food I have ever enjoyed! Thank you! Thank you, acquaintance, for creating this opportunity! 14 dishes in all. Really all works. Unblinking kindness. Crab with crab Is it in season? Kyoto's crab. I was surprised because I thought crabs were in the north. It was a good start! Mamajin-yaki Grilled crab legs and enjoyed. Delicious! Puffer fish milt and sea urchin This was terrible for my purine (lol), but this was the first point that impressed me! Blowfish, blowfish skin and milt! The second wave coming soon! The impressions came like a raging wave! I had imagined it, but the taste was three steps above! Bowls of scallop shinjo with kuchiko! This is the resting point, we took a break with delicacies and gentle bowls. Red clam from Yuriage Chewy red clams. It looks like a wave is coming toward the latter half of the season! The best red clams in Japan! Lobster and rape blossoms with starchy sauce Bringing the flavor of the ingredients to the forefront! The ankake locks in the flavors and releases them all at once in the mouth! Wakasa sweet sea bream I ate it for the first time. I ate only the bones. I sucked on it. Duck meat and green onion I have never had such tender duck meat! Here is the third impression! Handmade soba The soba is also very particular about its quality. I know better soba than this when considered as a stand-alone item, but the dish is all about balance. The story is important, like a movie. Yuba and Okoze Toward the end of the story, a moment of tenderness is shown. The yuba dish is a milestone in the final stage! The rice is very tasty! Black bean yokan jelly! I was surprised that even the sweetness was so good, which I thought was ridiculous! After watching the movie, one scene at the very end! I was so happy to see it! Strawberry agar Huge strawberries in a simple and easy way. This dish could have been better without it. It is a good idea. Yokan (bean jelly) was too delicious, Thoughtful composition from beginning to end. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the service, people who come here will want to come back again and again if they are allowed. I am glad to be alive until today. The best restaurant. I would like to visit in every season.

✨Matsugawa✨➁ I always wanted to go to Matsukawa. I've been wanting to go to Matsukawa for a long time. All were delicious 🥺🦀❤️ I had 3 bowls of Matsukawa-don at the end 🍚.
