The quiet atmosphere underground is pleasant from the moment you enter. The L-shaped counter has 8 seats, and there are also sofa seats in the back, making it convenient. You can choose the amount of rice for the rice bowls, and it's nice to have small side dishes, tea, cloth napkins, and miso soup available. The seasonal ingredients are fresh, and they pair well with the rice, especially the aroma and flavor of the chopped tuna. The pickled ginger is thinly sliced and easy to eat, and it becomes even more delicious when combined with salmon roe, shiso leaves, yellowtail, tuna, and sea bream. While rice bowls are the main focus, you can also enjoy sushi at a leisurely pace with a reservation, and the special sushi soy sauce pairs very well.
