One year wait for reservations! Amazing Sushi Restaurant! I was invited to visit this restaurant by a friend! I was very happy because I knew it was hard to make a reservation at this handsome restaurant! Sake seems to be paired with sake. I even asked for some snacks. They all went so well together, it was amazing! I was so impressed! Champagne, sake, and wine followed, so I was very tipsy! I got stuck in a traffic jam of alcohol. I was in a jam of alcohol. After the nigiri, we stopped pairing and concentrated on the nigiri. I had high expectations for this dish because of the elaborate and tasty snacks, but it was really too good~~~! The tightness of the kohada was the best I have ever had. It was so delicious that I had to bite into it. LOL! I wanted to eat some more nigiri, but I was full because I had been drinking sake. But I was full because I had been drinking, I had Mr. Takano make the nigiri for me and explain it to me in detail. I had a very luxurious experience. I wish I could visit again for lunch or something!

The good times go by so fast........ (Translated by. I should have been satisfied with the Nakatoro roll and the Kampyo-maki Inari roll, but I feel something is missing. In the hand of Mr. Takano, who couldn't bear to look at it, was a golden red sea urchin from Yoichi (´;omega;`). It was placed in my hand with a divine aura. I was so happy to be able to eat it. Of course, I had to take a bite. You may think that I'm not going to eat more sea urchin after all the sea urchin I had that day, but it's only natural, because udan is a righteous food. We were very satisfied with the really nice hospitality! It's too amazing that both snacks and sushi are made with plenty of luxurious ingredients, yet they are all well harmonized! And the pairing was also too wonderful and impressive. We were served more than 10 different types of sake in generous quantities to match the dishes, and the clear and detailed explanations of why we should pair this sake with this dish and sushi were very interesting and informative. ☺︎ I honestly think this pairing is very conscientious. If you can drink alcohol, I highly recommend it! And most of all, I was impressed by Mr. Takano's manners in dealing with us. I was impressed by the way Mr. Takano handled everything, and I wondered how he could do such a good job. I don't think there are many people, not just sushi chefs, that I've met in the past that I've thought were so amazing. (I was impressed by the way he did it. The course itself is not the most cost-effective, but it is worth a try. However, I personally felt that the service and cooking varied a bit from chef to chef, so I thought it was just luck for first-timers.

If you want to go to a restaurant that combines elegance and excellence, this is the place to go @ Kioicho We were fortunate enough to attend a dinner party ✨. I prefer restaurants where I can enjoy both snacks and sushi💕. After that, we were served a succession of dishes that showcased the craftsmanship of Japanese ingredients, such as Spanish mackerel from Mie, crab from Hamasaka, and omelette made with several eggs from Chichibu, and my soul was completely swept away. There is also a full lineup of sake that is not sold anywhere else. The sake was a rare sake from a brewery in Shinshu, Kame-ring Junmai Daiginjo, which was well worth the visit. It is a first-rate restaurant. On this day, we used a private room. The exclusive board. We had a super luxurious time 😆. Reservations are hard to come by💦Would love to come again 😋.

🍣🍵👘🇯🇵🗻 This is Mr. Mitani in Kioicho! Lake Hamanaka salt water Buffoon sea urchin. Sujiji extract egg over rice. Excited to see it on the food log! The one I wanted to eat💘 The sweetness of the sea urchin and the and the saltiness of the muscularis extract... It's more than just rice with egg... It's beyond the realm of egg on rice... I've been as hungry as a 5 month pregnant woman since lunch I've had a belly the size of a 5 month pregnant woman since lunch... I'm going to get an esthetician to make up for it..! (plus or minus zero)

★★★★★ Kioicho Mitani(2) I was so excited when the montrachet was served 😋 Sushi and sake lovers can't get enough of it... 🙎‍♂️ After dinner, I had a drink at the bar of the Palace Hotel, and the couple who were next to me at the counter that day came in and we had a nice chat 😲 I was surprised.
