【Tokyo Shirokanedai】 By chance, I was lucky enough to visit for the second time in April. ★ 5-13-14 Shirokanedai, Minato-ku, Tokyo, THE1000 B1F ★ 25,000 to 40,000 yen per person April ◇ Appetizer: Marinated olives and dried tomatoes ◇ Focaccia ◇ Prosciutto, gnocchi fritto, burrata cheese, fresh salami, mango ◇ Boiled white asparagus and scrambled eggs I love this every time I have it. ◇ Boiled tongue of Japanese beef from Hiroshima Nakayama Farm This was a different menu item from last time, and the tender tongue was, of course, very deliciously seasoned. ◇ Fried sardines in spring roll style ◇ Green pea risotto ◇ Palette cleanser salad ◇ Grilled seasonal vegetables Shiitake mushrooms, lotus root, broccoli, sweet potato. ◇ Grilled meat I chose the tender chicken from Ishiguro in Iwate. ◇ Pasta - Spaghetti with mushrooms from Hasegawa - Spaghetti with clams and zucchini ◇ Dessert, coffee - Tiramisu - Herbal tea The wine was a white bottle, and the red was chosen by Murakami by the glass. A revisit in April to fully enjoy the spring ingredients. ★ 5-13-14 Shirokanedai, Minato-ku, Tokyo, B1F THE1000 ★ 25,000 to 40,000 yen per person April ◇ Appetizer: Marinated olives and dried tomatoes ◇ Focaccia ◇ Prosciutto, gnocchi fritto, burrata cheese, and fresh salami The side of Miyazaki mango was very sweet and delicious. ◇ Boiled white asparagus and scrambled eggs The size of the white asparagus is surprising, and it pairs perfectly with parmesan cheese and black truffle, making it delicious. ◇ Yamakou's fresh tuna carpaccio Served with a generous amount of sauce that has the acidity of fresh tomatoes. ◇ Fried sardines in spring roll style What a creative idea! ◇ Green pea risotto It's surprising that no cheese is used at all. If green peas are this delicious, it would change the concept of school lunches for kids, I joked with the chef. ◇ Palate cleanser salad ◇ Grilled seasonal vegetables Shiitake mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and turnips. ◇ Grilled meat As always, I chose the classic Iwate Ishiguro's slow-cooked chicken. I have never visited in January before, so I am looking forward to it. ★ 5-13-14 Shirokanedai, Minato-ku, Tokyo, THE1000 B1F ★ 25,000 to 40,000 yen per person January ◇ Prosciutto and fried gnocchi, homemade bresaola, burrata cheese with fruit tomatoes ◇ Obihiro Wada burdock and black truffle flan An unexpected dish that made me exclaim with its elegant taste enhanced by red wine. ◇ Hokkaido bafun uni and hairy crab cold pasta I love it so much that I want a full serving! ◇ Hiroshima Nakayama Farm wagyu tripe and gill stew Hot and comforting. Rich in flavor and pairs well with red wine. ◇ Abashiri fried kinmedai ◇ Palette cleanser salad ◇ Assorted seasonal grilled vegetables Lotus root, shiitake mushrooms, bell peppers, snap peas, sweet potatoes. ◇ Charcoal-grilled meat A classic choice, I chose the horohoro chicken from Ishiguro in Iwate. ◇ Pasta I chose meat sauce tagliatelle and maitake mushroom peperoncino. ◇ Dessert I chose tiramisu. ◇ Coffee I chose tea. Since there was a tripe dish in the middle, I was already full by the time I got to the horohoro chicken, and by the end, I was truly satisfied both in stomach and spirit!!! I want to choose more varieties, but it’s always a shame to finish with this number of dishes... The wine recommended to me paired well, and as always, it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Starting the evening at the superb counter seats while enjoying a selection of wines chosen by Shiki. August ◇Mozzarella Cheese Mousse The balance of saltiness and the sweetness of mango is exquisite. ◇Prosciutto and Gnocchi Fritto Next to the classic dish, there is a wonderfully tasteful salami and homemade prosciutto. ◇Corn Soup Sweetness achieved with just water and salt. ◇Chilled Pasta with Sea Urchin and Eggplant The sauce of basil and wasabi, especially the sharpness of the wasabi that tickles the nose, was exquisite and delicious. ◇Fried Spanish Mackerel ◇Chanterelle Mushroom and Truffle Risotto It seems that Australian black truffles are tastier than summer truffles at this time, and the aroma is wonderful. May Maggio ◇ Prosciutto and Gnocco Fritto A luxurious plate featuring the classic plus today’s additions of mango, fresh salami, and burrata cheese. ◇ Corn Soup ◇ Cold Pasta with Sardines and Shiso Delicious sardines with no unpleasant smell and rich fat, simply the best. ◇ White Asparagus, Scrambled Eggs, Truffle In May, it’s all about German white asparagus, which is juicy and sweet, making it delicious. The impressive volume surprises you, and the combination of ingredients leaves you in awe. ◇ Fried Ribbonfish ◇ Refreshing Granita with Young Ginger ◇ Assorted Grilled Seasonal Vegetables ◇ Charcoal-Grilled Meat: Iwate's Shiguro Pheasant The production of pheasant had temporarily stopped due to the impact of avian influenza and concerns about taste instability, but it was so delicious to eat it again after a long time. February ◇ Hairy crab and cauliflower flan It was a very cold night, so they changed the order of the menu and served the warm dishes first. ◇ Prosciutto and gnocco fritto Signature dish. ◇ Fava bean gnocchi Best enjoyed with plenty of cheese. ◇ Toyama bluefin tuna carpaccio Two types to enjoy: seared and with tomato sauce. Both were very delicious and to my liking. ◇ Risotto with black truffle and Taleggio cheese A dish I love with the nice texture of lily root as an accent. ◇ Fried red snapper ◇ Refreshing salad ◇ Assorted seasonal grilled vegetables The sweet potato was exceptionally sweet and rich. ◇ Grilled meat (choice) Hokkaido Diamond Pork shoulder loin ◇ Pasta (choice) ・ Tagliatelle with braised oxtail Topped with more cheese, making it even richer and more delicious. I still love flat noodles. ・ Trenette with rapini and small clams I tried this for the first time, an oil-based dish that feels like early spring. November ◇ Prosciutto and Gnocco Fritto ◇ Hairy Crab and Cauliflower Flan About five drops of basil sauce were drizzled on it, which was a nice flavor accent. ◇ Salt-baked Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio The accompanying tomatoes were perfect and very delicious. ◇ Shirako Cutlet A seasonal dish. The rich sauce pairs well with the mild shirako. ◇ White Truffle and Lily Bulb Risotto Incredibly delicious and my type! It seems that the lily bulb is intentionally kept firm to bring out its sweetness, and the crunchy texture is great. ◇ Granita to cleanse the palate ◇ Assorted Seasonal Grilled Vegetables All of Mr. Sanwa's vegetables are truly delicious. ◇ Charcoal-grilled Meat (choice) Hokkaido Diamond Pork Shoulder Loin ◇ Pasta (choice) Fresh Tomato Pici Mr. Hasegawa's Mushroom Spaghetti ◇ Dessert, Coffee (choice) Tiramisu, Tea It was a blissful course that fully incorporated winter ingredients.
