After that, no human intervention such as breeding has been applied, and it is cultivated as 'Aomori Cassis.' A generous 200g is used per bottle, and it is steeped for about two months without using any flavorings or additives, resulting in a 100% domestically produced liqueur. You can enjoy a refined and rich acidity without using any flavorings, acidity regulators, or additives.

This adult plum wine is slowly aged in roasted barrels that were previously used for whiskey storage at the Yamazaki Distillery, enhancing the deep aroma of the roasted barrels.
