The calm interior, based on a monochrome theme, has been meticulously selected by the designer and the eldest daughter, paying attention to every piece of furniture and lighting. It features counter seats and table seats, with all seats non-smoking and private rooms available, catering to a wide range of scenes from solo time to dining gatherings. This is a cafe where warmth resides in a dignified atmosphere, offering a comfortable margin.

Hachidori Cafe was created by a sibling team, with the eldest sister designing the cafe, while the younger sister and brother handle service and operations. It opened on March 1, 2024, in Takadana-cho, Anjo City. Each of the three utilizes their strengths to convey the seasonal flavors of the region, aiming to be a place that people want to return to again and again.
