It is located in the basement of a building that can be reached by walking from the west exit of Kanda Station. When you go down the stairs and enter, there are counter seats and table seats inside the shop. A sashimi knife is displayed on the shelf in front of you, conveying a crisp atmosphere. The set includes salad, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and tea served first, followed by a bowl and nigiri sushi. The chawanmushi is smooth and creamy, and the nigiri is not only visually appealing but also delicious. The portion is substantial, leaving you feeling satisfied.
