This Italian restaurant in Jimbocho has a calm concrete-style space that is very pleasant. It only has a U-shaped counter seat, which makes it exciting to be close to the chef. The salad that comes out first has a variety of vegetables, and you can enjoy different flavors with various sauces. The homemade bread and focaccia are fragrant, fluffy, and chewy, making them very delicious. The pasta has a creamy texture with a refreshing taste of tomato, and I was able to eat it easily. The spiced curry also has the sweetness of onions and the umami of vegetables, and in the evening, it's fun to leave the wine selection to the course.
