Bullet. The restaurant is located at the back of the first floor of a building with various restaurants, about a 5-minute walk from Higobashi Station. It was a weekday after 12:00 p.m. and the restaurant was full, but there was no line outside. People eat quickly in Higobashi, which is a bistro district! A seat opened up in 3-4 minutes and we went inside the restaurant. For lunch, there is one fixed dish of Bean Curd with Bean Curd and another dish that changes weekly, but 80-90% of the customers ordered Bean Curd with Bean Curd! I ordered a large portion of Bean Curd with Bean Curd (1,300 yen). After ordering, you are immediately served an appetizer. The appetizers come in four or five bite-sized portions, and the time passes quickly as you eat and wait! After about 5 minutes, rice and a large portion of Bean-curd Tofu arrived! The bean curd is a bit thick and not too spicy. However, the spiciness of the bean curd is not as spicy as it should be, but the spiciness lingers on your tongue, so you will feel it as you continue to eat it. It goes great with white rice! I heard that this restaurant also offers a version called Super Bean Curd with beef and spicy oil on an irregular basis, so I would like to try that next time! The weekday lunch is quite hard to beat, but this place is worth repeating! Thank you very much for the lunch!

Shanghai crab course! 15,500 yen The menu is Appetizer Shanghai Crab in Shaoxing Wine Shrimp in Green Curry Chili Sauce Shark's Fin with Shanghai Crab Miso China Rossini Super Bean Curd Bean Curd with Albacore and Rice Dessert In conclusion, it is the best lol The delicious taste of Shanghai crab goes really well with alcohol! Shark's fin stewed with Shanghai crab miso It doesn't look good at all, but but it's too good to be true! (Vocabulary) It's better to eat it than to explain it in words! I'd rather eat it than explain it in words. The chef at lunch He looks scared. But when I went at night, I found him to be very friendly! I went there at night and found him to be very friendly! Bricolage China Sin. Annual Shanghai Crab 💖. This year, I was introduced to this wonderful restaurant by a very nice and gourmet person. We were told that Shanghai crab imports had stopped on the day we made our reservation, so we were able to visit before the end of the season 💡. 📔Autumn Taste Special Shanghai Crab Course✨ 🔹Assorted appetizers - drool chicken, semi-dried bamboo shoots, smoked quail egg, Camembert cheese in old wine, bell peppers, jellyfish, duck roast Shanghai crab marinated in rice wine, comparison of male and female crabs Shark's fin steak with Shanghai crab miso sauce Szechuan Bean Curd Bean Curd Tokushima Awa Pork Vinegared Black Pork Hot and spicy dumplings Each and every appetizer was so delicious that I wanted to go back just for the appetizers 💖. Shanghai crab marinated in Shaoxing wine for a week, the crab meat was so rich and sweet that it melted in your mouth 💖. The shark's fin is deep-fried once and crispy on the outside but smooth and chewy on the inside! The Shanghai crab meat and miso are simmered together to create a rich bean paste that is both rich in miso and full of flavorful crabmeat ✨. The Sichuan pepper gives this bean curd a perfect balance of spiciness and flavor ✨. The richness, sourness, and aroma of the rich black vinegar and the dark meat flavor of Awa Pork✨ We enjoyed the delicate Sichuan-based Chinese cuisine at this counter-only hideaway, where Chef Shirasawa, who used to wield a pot at a famous Chinese restaurant, brings his creative flair to the menu and dishes 💖. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for introducing us to such a wonderful restaurant and allowing us to successfully carry out our annual event again this year ✨✨. 💖
