This is a yakitori restaurant that you can casually enter near Ikuta Shrine. The interior is centered around a counter, giving it a standing bar feel, but there are chairs available for a more relaxed experience. The grilled items are prepared in a style typical of Miyazaki, with a fragrant aroma, and when paired with yuzu pepper, the umami flavor is enhanced even more. They ask for your preferred doneness for the liver, and when I requested it lightly cooked, it had a creamy texture. The sashimi is also fresh, and the liver sashimi left a particularly strong impression. You can enjoy draft beer in a larger mug, and it's a great place to relax while watching baseball on TV.
