The staff is fantastic. I found the soba to be excellent, the best quality in the universe. The sauce is not too sweet, which I like. I can understand why people come here even though it is far from the station. You can enjoy the carefully maintained English garden-like open space and have your soba in a dignified atmosphere. The staff, who also take care of that atmosphere, are wonderful! Their voices match the atmosphere and they explain about soba in a quiet but firm tone. I was very impressed with the way they explained about the cards and receipts when paying.

Sudachi When it comes to soba in Shimokitazawa, you can't miss Utsushin Soba An. The buckwheat noodles are very tasty and have a strong aroma. Especially, the sudachi soba is worth trying at least once. The refreshing sourness of sudachi goes really well with soba noodles. The side dishes are also very tasty.
