The appetizer of assorted meats has a variety of flavors and pairs well with wine. The chicken liver and apricot pâté is particularly impressive, with its aroma spreading gently. The main course, the sirloin, lifts my spirits the moment it arrives, and even the accompanying vegetables are delicious. The freshness of the purple cabbage enhances the meat's umami, making it hard to stop eating. For dessert, we shared the rock salt milk ice, which brought a pleasant calm to our mouths. Finally, we relaxed with coffee, feeling satisfied with the overall stable deliciousness.
