The interior of TOBIUME is softly illuminated by natural light pouring in through the windows, creating a warm atmosphere that envelops visiting guests. In the center, there is a vividly colorful garden, and amidst the soothing strains of quiet classical music, a calm time is offered. In addition to table seating, there are counter seats that are easy to use even for one person, allowing guests to enjoy the spaciousness from any seat.

Japanese cuisine TOBIUME was established in 2009 by Chef Koji Tashiro from Fukuoka, and it was relocated and reopened in its current location in 2014. It originally started as 'Atelier Kaiseki TOBIUME' and has continued to be loved by the community. The chef's belief is to make the most of fresh local ingredients while constantly pursuing the evolution of Japanese cuisine.
