There are counters, tables, and private rooms, allowing you to relax in a bar-like calm atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy both sushi and wagyu beef, which is exciting from the start. The bluefin tuna has a wonderful melt-in-your-mouth texture, and both the lean and medium fatty tuna have distinct flavors that were impressive. The mini bowls of fish and beef, as well as the hand rolls, had a delightful aroma from the seaweed, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The seasonal nigiri and seared wagyu sushi each highlighted their unique flavors, making it enjoyable to continue eating. The miso soup, sweets, and matcha served at the end were all carefully prepared, and the flow of the course was pleasant.
